Little Guy

A belated scrap of a photo my friend Brenda Marks had given me of her doggie... isn't he delightfully cute? I also used it to fulfill a 2Peas Challenge (extracting an element--the dog tag--from a photo) and a Saturday Scraplift at Designer Digitals (of Erin's "So Young" layout). Other credits: Word art by Wordle.net with Kenyan Coffee font. My paper & sunflower sticker (Fall Splendor-not out yet), also my dog tag. Lynn Grieveson's heart brad (Designer Digitals, web challenge, june 15 08). Katie Pertiet's frame (DD, 3pm Layered Template freebie). Tape by Rhonna Farrer (2Peas, Celebration Kit). Journaling strip by Anna Aspnes (DD, Mama Page Set). Fonts: Eight Fifteen, Arial & Hearts. Click for the larger version, as usual...

  2. I just heard that if you put something in with meat juice for cats, the fleas stay away. I'm not sure what it was, but I posted at Babble recently. Beka says it works. It might work with dogs too.

Great job with the picture and using the wordle graphic. I was going to try a transfer thing but my printer hasn't worked for ages. You've inspired me to create a little digi page too.

  4. Love the puppy page! I can see the extraction, but how did you then turn the tag to the front like that? Looks great and the puppy is cute.
